Pulp moulding processs: pulping system---forming system—dryer-hot
the recycled paper,such as corrugated carton or newsprint will be
put into the hydrapulper and the recycled paper will be smashed and
beated to a certain pulp consistency. The pulp from the pulper will
go to the pulp adjusting tank and adjusted the pulp to ready pulp
the forming system consists of the forming tools with wire mesh and
ransfer tools . The wet products is formed by vacuum system and the
formed wet products will transfer to the transfer tools with the
compressed air effect .
The dryer system:
The molded pulp products egg tray and egg carton from the pulp
molding machine,egg tray machine is wet,it need to be dryed .
The dryer have two types, one is multi-layer pass dryer and single
pass dryer. The dryed products will be stacked and counted at end
the dryer . The fuel is natural gas , diesel or lpg ,steam for the
customer to choose.all the dryer is designed and manufactured based
on the energy efficiency , easy maintenance and quality .
Hot press system: to stack well and make the surface smooth,the
molded pulp shoes insert will be hot pressed.

The raw material is the waste paper, the raw materials are free

The small parts are packaged by wooden boxes.
The big parts are protected by wooden support.
Seller should appoint 2 engineers to instruct buyer for
installation, test-run and training.
All the charges including air ticket, visa , accommodation and food
of the engineers should be responsible by buyer.
Besides, the buyer should pay the engineers subsidy of
usd80/person/day and offer translation service.

1. the seller will send spare parts for one year use by free.
2. the seller will provide operating manual, drawing, process
diagram for all of the equipments.
3. the seller will instruct the operation, maintain method for the
buyer’s worker after installation.

prescription for the buyer’s engineer after installation;
